Agreement to terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of all iOS applications developed and published by Desyned LTD, including Prayer Times UK & Global and other apps available on the Apple App Store.
By downloading, installing or using our apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.
License to use
Desyned LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
You may not:
- Copy, modify or create derivative works of our apps
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble our apps
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices
- Use our apps for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or networks
Service disclaimer
Our apps are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- Our apps will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free
- The results obtained from using our apps will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the apps will be corrected
Important disclaimers
No religious authority
Information provided in our apps (including prayer times, religious content or spiritual guidance) is for informational purposes only. We are not religious scholars or authorities. Always consult qualified religious experts for guidance on religious matters.
No medical or legal advice
Our apps do not provide medical, legal or professional advice. Content is for general information only. Consult qualified professionals for specific advice.
User responsibility
You are solely responsible for your use of our apps and any consequences arising from that use.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Desyned LTD, its directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our apps, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data or goodwill
- Service interruption or device malfunction
- Any other commercial damages or losses
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app (if any) or £10, whichever is greater.
In-app purchases & subscriptions
Some of our apps may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service and refund policies. We do not have access to your payment information.
Changes to the app
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our apps at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the app or our website.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
