Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of all iOS applications developed and published by Desyned LTD, including Prayer Times UK & Global and other apps available on the Apple App Store.

By downloading, installing, or using our apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our apps.

License to Use

Desyned LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our apps
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our apps
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use our apps for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or networks

Service Disclaimer

Our apps are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Our apps will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using our apps will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the apps will be corrected

• Any other commercial damages or losses

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app (if any) or £10, whichever is greater.

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Some of our apps may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service and refund policies. We do not have access to your payment information.

Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our apps at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
